    (iii) Approval of list of candidates to Full powers Appointing Authority ‐
    be called for interview for
    appointment on recommendation
    of Committee through HR
    Department.

    (iv) Approval to final selection of Full Powers in respect of Executives up Director (Personnel) ‐
    candidates and Appointment to the level of Assistant Manager,
    thereof Supervisors & Workmen

    (v) Sanction of Expenditure on Full Powers GM (HR)/ HOP not below the ‐
    recruitment rank of GM/GM (HR) at RO

    vi) Grant of TA to candidates called Full Powers in accordance with TA GM (HR)/ Head of HR in ‐
    for interview/test. Rules. Projects/ Units/ Head of the
    Projects not below the rank of
    GM or any other officer
    authorized by them.
    2(a) Completion/clearance of Training i ) Trainee Officers/ Engineers GM (HRD) at C.O./Head of the Subject to Orders being issued by the concerned HR
    period, subject to observance of Project/Station/Unit not Department with a copy to the Corporate HR (Estt.) Section in
    policies and rules. below the rank of GM respect of Executives and Supervisors.
    ii) Trainee Supervisors DGM
    iii) Workmen Sr. Manager
