cadre of Public Health Worker (Sweeper). His pay is fixed under Automatic Advance Scheme in
revised pay scales of 1999 duly revising subsequent periodical increments as detailed below:-

Pay Fixation in RPS 2005:-

Under the provisions contained in the GO MS No: 180 Dated: 29.06.2006 of the Finance
(PC.I) Department his pay was fixed as follows:-

Pay as on 01.07.2003 : 3290/-

Merge DA @ 30.266% : 996/-
Add Fitment @ 16% : 526/-
Total : 4812/-

Therefore the pay of the individual is fixed at Rs: 4825/- w.e.f 01.07.2003 in the Time
Scale of Rs: 3950-100-4150-110-4480-115-4825-125-5200-135-5605-145-6040-155-6505-170-
7015-185-7570-200-8170-215-8815 in the cadre of Sweeper (SGP Grade) and the Monetary
Benefit will be claimed w.e.f 01.04.2005 in the Revised Pay Scales of PRC 2005.

Sweeper (SGP Grade) and the Monetary Benefit will be claimed w.e.f 01.02.2010 in the Revised
Pay Scales of PRC 2010.

Under the provisions contained in the GO MS No: 46 Dated: 30.04.2015 of the Finance
(HRM. V-PC) Department his pay was fixed as follows:-

Pay as on 01.07.2013 : 9740/-

Merge DA @ 63.344% : 6170/-
Add Fitment @ 43% : 4188/-
Total : 20098/-
 Therefore the pay of the individual is fixed at Rs: 20640/- w.e.f 01.07.2013 in the Time
Scale of Rs: 13390-390-14170-430-15460-470-16870-510-18400-550-20050-590-21820-640-
23740-700-25840-760-28120-820-30580-880-33220-950-36070-1030-39160-1110-41380 (40)
in the cadre of Sweeper (SGP Grade) and the Monetary Benefit will be claimed w.e.f 02.06.2014
in the Revised Pay Scales of PRC 2015.

Consequent to the above re-fixation the individual was sanctioned Revised Annual Grade
Increments and the monetary benefit will be claimed w.e.f 02.06.2014 as follows:-

Certified that, necessary entries were made in the Service Register of the individual and
