    “From Clicks to Progress: Youth Digital Pathways for Sustainable
    Development”

    DIGITAL ART MAKING CONTEST

    1. MECHANICS
    The mechanics for Digital Art Making Contest are as follows:
    a. Entry Specifications
     The entry must be an original piece of the contestant;
     The entry must highlight the theme “From Clicks to
    Progress: Youth Digital Pathways for Sustainable
    Development”;
     Entries may be in the form of any computer-generated
    graphics;
     High-Resolution JPEG or PNG file;
     At least 1080 (width) x 1520 (length) pixel, 300 ppi; and
     Must be a static digital image

    b. Disqualified Entries
    The following are not eligible as entries:
     Animated or moving entries such as GIF;
     Manually drawn or painted and scanned into digital
    format;
     Submitted in previous competitions or used for
    commercial purpose;
     Used or published as entries in other competitions
    (Local, National, International); and
     Commissioned by a third party.

    c. Eligibility
     The contest is open to all youth in the City of Batac 15-
    30 years old, in school/out of school youth or member of
    the Katipunan ng Kabataan.
     Interested participants must pre-register before the
    event at the Local Youth and Development Office – City
    of Batac Official Facebook page, using the format below.
    o Complete Name
    o Facebook Name
    o Contact Number
    o Complete Address
     Each Barangay should submit 1 entry only.

    d. Submission of Entries
    The entries for the Digital Art Making Contest shall be
    submitted on or before September 5, 2024 at 5:00 PM in the
    Local Youth and Development Office. Only one entry is
    permitted per participant.

    2. POSTING /PROMOTION OF ENTRIES


    All entries submitted on the last day of submission will be posted to
    Local Youth and Development Office – City of Batac Official Facebook
    page. This is to promote the content of the entries and gather
    Facebook likes and shares. The counting of Facebook reacts and
    shares will start from the date of posting until September 7, 2024 at
    5:00 PM.

    3. CRITERIA
    The entries for this contest will be evaluated based on the following
    criteria;

    CRITERIA PERCENTAGE
    Relevance to the Theme 40%
    Originality/ Creativity 30%
    Technical Execution/Elements of Design 20%
    Social Media Reached 10%
    TOTAL 100%

    4. Three winners will be chosen as winners. The winners will be


    announced on awarding ceremony on the last day of the Sports Clinic,
    September 8, 2024. Consolation prizes will also be awarded to the non-
    winning entries.

    5. All results are final and irrevocable unless a formal complaint is filled to
    the Office within 24 hours after the announcement.
