    Reference made to your good office letter No: 1322 regarding the request for cart road at Sy.
    No: 164, 165 and 167 of village Sirval, Shapur Taluk, Yadgir district, we visited the site our
    clarifications are as under:
    The Sy. Nos: 164, 165 and 167 of Sirval village lands are located at Km: 103+737 LHS of the
    project corridor. At 103+737 one box culvert 1 x 2 x 2 is constructed. The photos are enclosed
    in Annexure-I. At RHS un- cultivated land is observed as shown in the photo @ km 104+334
    SVUP can use for
    The applicants requested for the construction of road for cart and truck. There is no provision
    for the construction of road for cart/lorry as per the Concession Agreement.
