Compensation and Benefits Offered

CTC offered: -

• CTC range starts from 4.5 lac per annum and can go up to 7.5 lac per annum for freshers.
• CTC includes: -
Retention Bonus paid twice a year, once completion of 6 months and then on
completion of year.
Retention Bonus is 12.5% of CTC offered.
Performance Bonus paid with monthly salary on completion of 100% KRA’s and KPI
metrics post completion of probation period.
Performance Bonus is 20% of CTC offered
CTC also include medical insurance provided to employees
Employees will get INR 1500/- monthly for conveyance/ internet allowance, which is
part of CTC.
• Employees will be eligible for Monthly and Quarterly Incentives.
• All employees will be eligible for Weekly and all other contests.
