ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

The successful completion of this project mark the beginning of an

ever-going learning experience of converting ideas and concept into
real life, practical system. This project was a quite a learning
experience for me at each and every step. At the same time it has given
me a confidence to work in professional setup, I feel the experience
gained during the project will lead me to gain the bright prospect in
future. First of all I would like to thank to Head, Computer Science
Department for giving me opportunity to work in this esteemed
organization, which not only has increased our awareness about
latest field but also express my sincere thank to Prof. Chaure K.S.
for her active support and continuous guidance without which it
would have been difficult for me to complete this project.

INTRODUCTION

 This is the simple PHP and MySql Project entitled Mobile

shop management system.
 This is a simple web application management that provides the
mobile shop facility and details about phones.
 This application has a admin panel where the admin can
manage the list of their customer and theitrr information.
 The application is developed using PHP and MySql database.
 The mobile shopping management whose objective is to define
and management of purchase of mobile phones , mobile
services.
 Even when the data is maintained on spreadsheet inconsistency
occurs as a not might be missed or wrongly entered or entered
twice and also a spreadsheet it takes a lot of time or data might
be corrupted.
 Also it consumes a large amount of paperwork and
storage space to store all the records.
SCOPE OF SYSTEM

 Daily managing Information and overall management of

various customers can be easily performed with higher
accuracy after the installation of Construction facilities u want
access multiple authorities in Mobile Shop career.

 The modules of Mobile system are userfriendly and easy to

access.

 It is easy to understand, one with little bit of computer

knowledge can also use this software easily.

 This function of Mobile Shop easily managing each and every

person communication by using our admin panel and database.

 In proposed system the details of the individual records of

sales and services or enter separately. The proposed system
provides quick access to any data. In the system users have to
enter the data only once and then it gets linked with all the
other files.
OBJECTIVES

 The project titled “Mobile Shop Management System” . It

helps to manages
All the services and daily records of customers in the
Computerized System.

 It increase accuracy, Speed and Save the Time of everyone.

 The main objective of the System to improve efficiency

through Workers & Customers.
NEED FOR COMPUTERIZATION

 Today world is being computerized being faster is necessary

for every human being as faster as computer .To match with the
faster world ,it is necessary to be fast and accurate sometimes
,for minor but valuable things, great human efforts are
required which are very expensive to avoid this,we can
convert manual system into computerized system.

 Once manual system is coverted into computerized system,

the main advantages of this conversion is that it saves time as
our life is very speedy time saving is like money saving.

 The Proposed system can be used even by the naïve users and it
does not require any educational level, experience and technical
expertise in computer field but it will be good use if the user has
good knowledge of how to operate a computer.
FACT FINDING TECHNIQUE

A software product always begins with the customer’s needs.

These needs initially are either in the mind of the customer.
Sometimes it is present in the existing practice where the need is to
automate a current manual process. These software requirements
which are there in the mind of the users are usually informal and not
general.
This phase basically converts these informal needs from the
user into a set of formal requirement.
This phase ends up with the SRS (System
Requirements Specification). The Requirement Phase has three
stages:

1. Problem Analysis: The goal of problem analysis is to

obtain a clear understanding of the requirements of the client and the
users. This involves interviewing the client and the end users.
2. Requirement Specification (SRS) : The SRS makes an
Agreement between the user (client) of the system and the developer
on what the software product will do.
3. Requirement Validation: It validates whether the
requirement specification document does not have any error in it.
The common errors that may occur are incorrect fact, inconsistency
and ambiguity.
FEASIBILITY STUDY

The main aim of the feasibility study is to determine whether

developing the project is financial and technically feasible.
There are 3 types of Feasibility Study:

1. Technical Feasibility :
Technical feasibility means either the processing system fulfils all
current technical requirements or not. If any processing system has
been made in any particular operating system and if it is not able to
perform on further advance operating system, then the system is
called technically not feasible system. Every processing system
must have provisions for advance and new technical changes. Day
by day as technology improves the system must co-operate properly
with any kind of advance modules, components and software.
“Mobile Shop Management System” is fully technically feasible. It
has been created in operating systems windows 11 but it can smoothly
run with any advance version of windows.

2. Economic Feasibility :
Economic feasibility means that if the system is technically and
operationally perfect then also it should be cost effective in sense
that the system must not be highly expensive.
Though system provides user every components and operations
which are earlier required. All these must not bind the financial limit
given to the customer at the time of requirement analysis. That
simply affects entire project and image of developer. So, every
project must be financially feasible for providing better service to
the customer and for better market value.
This system is financially very feasible because it provides large
amount of information and serves huge mass of society.
Compares to this use of system its cost is very low. It is not any
more expensive for any firm, office or individual to use it. Due to
above mentioned reasons this processing system is technically and
economically 100 % feasible.

3. Operational Feasibility :
Operational feasibility was done to assure that the product would be
developed that is used or not and how Will end-user & management
feel about the system.
