Hi there!

Thank you so much for acquiring my pattern, it means the world to me and I hope that
you will like it!

This pattern allows you to make a pocket size mushroom to go with the “You take so
mushroom in my heart” Valentine’s Day card.

It’s really easy and can be made in under 30 min!

I hope you’ll like making it as much as I did!

Material:
Red yarn

White yarn

Bege yarn

2,5mm hook

Tapestry needle

Stuffing

Abbreviations:
mr: magic ring

sc: single crochet

hdc: half double crochet

dc: double crochet

slst: slip stitch

ch: chain

inc: increase (two single crochet in one stitch)

dec: decrease (invisible)

blo: back loop only

[..] : stitches between straight brackets are worked in the same stitch

(...) : stitches between curved brackets are the number of stitches at the end of the
round

Note: If not stated otherwise, the pattern is worked in rounds, without slst at the end.

Stem:
With bege yarn:
R1: 6 sc in magic ring (6)
R2: (1 sc, 1 inc) X3 (9)
R3: (2 sc, 1 inc) X3 (12)
R4-7: 12 sc (12)
R8: (4 sc, 1 dec) X2 (10)
R9: (3 sc, 1 dec) X2 (8)
R10-12: 8 sc (8)
R13: blo 8 inc (16)
R14: (1 sc, 1 inc) X8 (24)
R15: (3 sc, 1 inc) X6 (30)
R16: 30 sc (30)
Fasten off.

Cap:
With red yarn:
R1: 6 sc in magic ring (6)
R2: inc X6 (12)
R3: (1 sc, 1 inc) X6 (18)
R4: (2 sc, 1 inc) X6 (24)
R5: (3 sc, 1 inc) X6 (30)
R6: 30 sc (30)
Add little spots with white yarn.
Sew the front loops of row 13 of the stem to the middle of the cap to make it more
stable.
R7: going through both the cap and the stem: 30 sc (30)
Fasten off.

And you’re done! Your mushroom is finished. Add a keyring (or a crochet chain) and place
it in the printed card. You can now gift it to a special someone!
