Plain Glaze RECIPE

Almond Powder: 300gr


Sugar : 900 gr
Flour: 300 gr
Egg white: 425 gr

Chocolate Glaze RECIPE

Almond Powder: 300gr


Black cocoa Powder 20 gr
Sugar : 900 gr
Flour: 300 gr
Egg white: 500 gr

Mixing in Planetary Mixer: Mix all ingredient together on 1st


speed
Keep at least 5-6 hours at room temperature
