a safe place. The company is headquartered in Toronto with offices in the USA and Serbia. Their well-
integrated technology solution eliminates the need for costly on-site security guards or general
administrative staff. Due to expansion of their business, Adecco is looking for motivated and proactive
candidates to join their team in Belgrade on position of:

Manager of Network Engineering


Required qualifications:
5+ years of network engineering experience
5+ years experience building servers and data centers for enterprise-level clients
3+ years experience leading a Level 1 tech support team
Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or other related fields
Past experience leading a team of Network Engineers
Hands-on experience with network administration and architecture
In-depth understanding of communication protocols (mainly TCP/IP) and routing protocols (e.g. BGP, OSPF)
in-depth knowledge of network security and access control models
Experience with network monitoring, diagnostics and analysis tools
Professional certification (CCNP, CCDP or other relevant certifications)
Experience with CISCO Meraki
Experience with network operating systems such as JUNOS and Cisco IOS
Exceptional organizational, leadership and management skills
An analytical mind with a problem-solving attitude and ability to take quick decisions while working
independently
Experience working with various ISPs is an asset
Experience with A/V and/or CCTV devices is an asset

Main responsibilities:
Lead a team of Network Engineers in the design and deployment of functional networks (LAN, WLAN, WAN)
which support thousands of devices/peripherals
Lead the configuration and installation of software, servers, routers and other network devices
Lead Network Architecture meetings
Mentor team members on technical issues
Monitor network performance and integrity
Design and maintain data centers
Resolve issues tiers of support have escalated by troubleshooting cloud and local infrastructure
Automate tasks and monitor their effectiveness
Create, oversee and test security measures (e.g. access authentication and disaster recovery)
Communicate with users when needed
Maintain complete technical documentation
Suggest improvements to network performance, capacity and scalability
