Job Description: Senior UI Designer

Location: Hanoi Capital or Ho Chi Minh city

Job Overview:

As a Senior UI Designer at FPT Software, you will leverage your advanced proficiency in
Figma to swiftly create mockups and contribute significantly to enhancing our design
solutions. You will play a pivotal role in building, maintaining, and updating the design
system, tailored for B2B healthcare SaaS. Collaborating closely with UX designers,
researchers, and developers, you will ensure seamless consistency, accessibility, and
scalability across digital solutions.

In this role, you’ll bridge the gap between design and development, guaranteeing a smooth
transition from visual designs to functional code. Your expertise will be instrumental in
developing reusable UI components, ensuring adherence to design principles, and
maintaining the overall integrity of the design system.

Key Responsibilities:

● UI Component Development: Create and enhance UI components that solve


usability problems and offer best-in-class user experiences.
● Design System Management: Build, test, and maintain reusable components in
React, Angular, Vue, and JavaScript based on Figma specifications.
● Collaboration: Work closely with UI/UX designers and developers to translate Figma
designs into fully functional UI components.
● Documentation: Create and maintain thorough documentation on component
usage, best practices, and design decisions for easy implementation by all
stakeholders.
● Accessibility Compliance: Ensure all UI components adhere to WCAG 2.1
AA/AAA standards and accessibility guidelines.
● Technical Support: Provide support to developers integrating the design system
components into their applications.
● Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with design system trends and gather
feedback to refine and evolve the design system.
● Version Control: Implement semantic versioning to maintain backward compatibility
and ensure easy upgrades of the design system.

Qualifications & Requirements:

● Expert proficiency in Figma.


● Advanced knowledge of CSS Media Queries, SASS, HTML5, React, Angular,
Vue.js, Git, and NPM.
● Familiarity with Material UI, Bootstrap, responsive design, and accessibility
standards.
● Practical knowledge of WCAG 2.1 AA compliance, WAI-ARIA attributes, and
design tokens.
● Experience in CI/CD-enabled design system development and unit testing for UI
components.
● Excellent verbal and written communication, with strong organizational and project
management skills.
● Understanding of Healthcare SaaS, AI/ML/NLP technologies, and design systems
for B2B platforms.
● Bonus: Proficiency in Figma prototyping.
