numbered Criminal Appeal before this
Hon’ble Court against the judgment dated
28.08.2024 passed by Special Judge,
SC/ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Ajmer,
Rajasthan in which it is wrongly
mentioned that the “(presently confined
in Central Jail Ajmer)” whereas the
sentence awarded by the Learned Trial Court
was suspended by the Learned Trial Court for
one month and therefore, the appellants/
applicants is seeking from this Hon’ble
Court to take amended cause title of the
appeal on record.
It is, therefore, most humbly prayed
that your lordship may graciously be
pleased to accept and allow this Misc.
Application by taking the amended cause
title of the appeal on record to prevent
the miscarriage of justice.
