About Institute: The flagship institute of Sandip Foundation’s Sandip Institute of

Technology and Research Centre (SITRC) is established in 2008 and is NAAC accredited
‘A’ Grade with CGPA 3.11 and NBA accredited institute. The institute offer different UG,
PG and Ph.D. programs and is approved by All India Council of Technical Education, New
Delhi and recognized by Government of Maharashtra while being affiliated to Savitribai
Phule Pune University, Pune. SITRC is recognized as one of the leaders in Engineering
Education Research and Application of knowledge for the betterment of society and the
country. The College has imprinted a position in the Engineering Education by creating
graduates to the industry and the society. The modern infrastructure has been continuously
motivated to permanent marked in the education field by creating technocrats , sound in
academics and value system. The institute is located in a tranquil environment appropriate for
constant learning. The highly efficient faculty at SITRC boosts the morale of students and
makes them go to step beyond the ordinary and also harness campus placements.

About Department: Department of Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering has

been established in the year 2008, with an intake of 60 students. Department also offers PG in
VLSI & Embedded System and Ph.D. Program. The Department has well experienced and
well qualified senior faculty member specified in VLSI, MEMS, Digital Image Processing,
Embedded System, Wireless Network , Optical Communication & Digital Communication.
The Electronics &Telecommunication Engineering department has well established
laboratories with the state of art facilities. Electronics and circuit laboratory has been
modernized under the AICTE scheme. The students are imparted with profound knowledge
and practical skills and are motivated to undergo internship/training in India and abroad. The
alumni of department scattered in various India and abroad pursuing higher studies in reputed

university/institution and occupying higher position in MNC. The Head of Department of

Electronics & Telecommunication Engineering is dealing by Dr. Gayatri M. Phade.
The Electronics & Telecommunication Engineering Department has 9 spacious laboratories.
The department established Research lab for PG Scholar and Research Scholar. The lab has
advanced software and EDA tools such as MATLAB, Cadence, TCAD, and PROTEUS such
as Spectrum Analyzer, DSP Processor, and Antenna System Analyzer for the development of
projects. Classrooms are equipped with the latest teaching aids including LCD Projectors.
Department has also filed 47 patents and 484 papers published in reputed journals and
conferences.
Also, the Department has provided consultancy of Rs. 14,00,000/- to the companies &
institutes. Department also received a research grant of Rs. 3,75,000/- from BCUD Pune. Our
student’s projects have been nominated and awarded at various reputed competitions and
Innovation Challenges. Many of our alumni have become entrepreneurs and succeeded in
their business.
About Conference: ICDIDSA-2023 will be held in Hybrid mode at the Department of
Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering, Sandip Institute of Technology & Research
Centre, Nashik, on November 29th and 30th, 2023, under the theme “Future Technologies for
Smart Systems and application ". The conference will feature plenary talks by distinguished
researchers and technologists as well as contributed papers from academics and industry
professionals. The ICDIDSA-2023 is a platform for technologists, researchers and industry
leaders across the globe to share their ideas on emerging technologies and newer solutions
that can guide and lead towards a better tomorrow.

ICDIDSA-2023 will be held in Sandip Institute of Technology & Research Centre (NAAC
'A' Grade Accredited) Nashik, Maharashtra, INDIA., during November 29-30, 2023. This

▪ Paper selected for conference proceeding is directly published in IJETT Journal.

▪ All papers that conform to submission guidelines will be peer-reviewed and evaluated
based on originality, technical and/or research content/depth, correctness, relevance to
conference, contributions, and readability. Acceptance of papers will be
communicated to authors by email. The authors of the accepted papers will be
allowed to make corrections in accordance with the suggestions of the reviewers and
submit final camera-ready papers within the stipulated deadline.

▪ As evaluated by TPC Chairs and TPC Members, THREE papers will be given Best
Paper Award (s) for. The above committee will expect the presentation of the selected
best papers during the conference before finalizing the list. The winners will be

▪ Authors should submit Full Length Papers, not just an Abstract Only full-length
papers in PDF format will be considered for review not just an Abstract. Full length
paper as per format in PDF format will be accepted.
Paper Length: Up to 10 pages, including figures, tables & references. Paper
Formatting and Margins: Please carefully follow the template for specifications.
No page numbers please. The same will be inserted during proceedings.
