    SPTA RESOLUTION NO. 1 s. 2024-2025

    A RESOLUTION TO CONDUCT A PROJECT ARAL -FILM SHOWING FOR THE


    PUPILS OF BAILEN ELEMENTARY SCHOOL

    WHEREAS, according to the DepEd Order NO. 13, S. 2022 Omnibus Guidelines on
    the Regulation of Operations of Parent-Teacher Associations Section 2.6.1. to
    promote harmonious, active, and collaborative engagement among teachers,
    parents, and the community in the implementation of school programs for learners'
    welfare.

    WHEREAS, according to School PTA Officers for 2024-2025, an activity entitled


    PROJECT ARAL- Film Showing, is to be conducted on October 12, 2024, at Foral
    Mall Tagaytay City , Cavite.

    WHEREAS, the SPTA officers planned to pursue the activity to discuss the
    importance of family in our lives by conducting the Project Aral - Film Showing.

    WHEREAS, The SPTA officers planned to raise funds for the reading materials to be
    used in SPARKS ( Reading Program) and Power It Up, especially in the library.

    WHEREAS, the activity is voluntary among pupils, parents, and teachers of the
    school.

    WHEREAS, the payment for the activity costs, Two Hundred Sixty Pesos (PHP 260.
    00) per person.

    WHEREAS, upon signing this resolution, this office will recognize the approval of the
    activity to discuss the importance of family in our lives by conducting the Project Aral
    - Film Showing.

    NOW THEREFORE, the SPTA Officers, by the virtue of powers vested in it by the
    DepEd Order NO. 13, S. 2022 Omnibus Guidelines on the Regulation of Operations
    of Parent-Teacher Associations and the school programs and activities, RESOLVES
    AS IT HEREBY RESOLVED to submit the activities for Project ARAL.

    RESOLVED FURTHER, this resolution shall take effect upon the approval of the
    respective school authorities.
