DEFECT FIXES:

 Development Performance: Improved the speed of Tag Lookups with a lot of
tags. This speeds loading the panels for large projects.
 Development Performance: Fixed a memory leak in tag validation.
 Development Performance: No longer refill tag Combo boxes in the Property
Window every time a tag is validated.
 Fixed a defect in validating tool scaling expressions. "10." would be converted to
an integer "10". Now it converts to "10.0".
 Fixed a defect in Alarm history viewer displaying wrong information for alarm

 Fixed a defect in Toolbin painting and DND issues with small drawer size.

 Fixed a Secure Desktop defect so that opening a link in a new window from the
browser tool will no longer show the Task Bar.
 Fixed a defect: saved as GMS project now correctly updates the new GMS file
with the new project name.
 Fixed a defect: the Entry Sent and Entry Received addresses work properly in
the Numeric Entry Tool.
 Fixed defect found: Translation did not import/export properly in version 1.92.
 Fixed a defect: renaming an application no longer makes the Save As dialog
