Based on the Technology Integration Matrix the teacher is in ENTRY


level of technology integration because the teacher was able to use
effectively manipulate and operate modern teaching aids during the
teaching-learning process. She uses the technology to deliver the
information and activities related to the lesson or the curriculum
content. The students and teacher interaction and cooperation well
during class.

The students greet their teacher before discussion


started. The lesson they discuss is all about the “Tekstong
Impormasyonal”. She uses a laptop and a TV in presenting the
PowerPoint about the lesson. The teacher also uses visual aids to
support the teaching learning process. The students are actively
participating and expressing their own ideas and opinions about the
lesson. They also respond to the teacher’s question in polite and
respectful way. The teacher gives equal opportunity to all the
students express their ideas. She avoids discriminating her students
for them not to be passive during class by doing group activities. I will
also help build a harmonious relationship between the students and
their skill in communicating and working together to create a quality
output. The actions of the students show their attentiveness to the
lesson, eagerness to learn and understanding the teaching method
use by the teacher. Based on the way the students participate in
class during the teaching-learning process, I can say that the
teaching method and teaching aids used by the teacher is been
effective in ensuring that the learners will understand the lesson.

The factors, I considered in writing my lesson plan are the following:


Learning outcomes, content, resources, procedures, materials,
teaching methods/ strategies, teaching aids and the appropriate
assessment.
The difficulty, I encountered in writing the lesson plan is ensuring
that my learning objectives, teaching methods and assessment are
aligned to each other because it will help to ensure that the students
will learn during the teaching-learning process.
The feedback given to by my teacher is that, I need to improve my
lesson procedure in order to cater the needs of all the students
despite of their individual differences.
The best features of my lesson plan is that it’s specific, measurable,
attainable, realistic, and time-bound which will be helpful for the
students during the delivery of the lesson.

Lesson planning is the heart and an integral part of


instructional cycle because it serves as a guide for the
teacher about the flow of the teaching-learning process with
the specific activities to be done. Instructional planning
includes what the learners need to learn and how they will
learn. By doing it the teacher can ensure that the teaching-
learning process will be successful. It also gives the teacher
confidence on how the teaching process will be done. This
will help teachers to innovate their approach and ideas in
teaching in order to cater all the students needs during
class.

The students react positively and actively participate with the game/ice-breaker
activity which helps to be more interested with the lesson.
The students were all focus because the teachers put the learning objectives in an eye-
catching visual aid. The teacher also explains the learning objectives and outcomes to
be achieve by the students for the lesson in a precise, simple and clear way.
The problems, I encountered in writing my lesson plan are the
following: (1) teaching strategy to be use; (2) students’ individual
differences; (3) activities to implement; (4) students’ behavior; (5)
class size; (6) classroom space (7) identifying learning resources to
use and (8) availability of teaching-learning facilities/equipment.
I hope to address these problems by improving my lesson plan to
ensure that all needs of the students for their individual learning will
be catered or attained. I will consider and incorporate my student’s
interest to the lesson for them to be more focus and interested to the
lesson during the teaching-learning process.
Some strategies that I can employ to improve these problems
includes adjustments on the lesson plan, applying more real-life
activities, implementing affective teaching method, adding games to
the lesson plan, and lastly incorporate the idea of SMART in lesson
planning.

The students relate their new learning with they know by applying it
to the questions given to them and by using it to real life situation or
circumstances.
Yes, some students need assistance during the teaching-learning
process. The teacher gives more attention to the low performing
students to cater their needs for them to understand the lesson and
promotes also collaboration of students during activities.
The students encounter difficulties in applying the concept learned to
real life but with the guidance and examples given by the teachers
they were able to overcome those difficulties.
The students accept the feedback given to them positively because
they were able to improve themselves in the parts that they are
having difficulties.
The students was able to apply their learning to real life situation and
they can easily recall the knowledge hey acquired every time the

The problems that, I encountered in delivering my lessons are the


following: (1) classroom environment; (2) student’s behavior and
attention; (3) Passive students; and (4) students comprehension
skills.
I hope to address these problems by adding motivational strategies
to get the interest of the students, adjusting my teaching method,
making the classroom environment more conducive for learning, and
establishing classroom rules and regulations to manage students’
actions.
Some strategies that, I can employ to improve these problems
includes adjusting my teaching strategies for the students to learn,
consider students difference in the teaching-learning process, make
sure that the students are focus and interested to the lesson, and
most importantly ensure that the classroom is well-organized and
conducive for learning.
