distil academic expertise and analysis to equip practitioners with knowledge of
immediate relevance to their work. We aim to make our work easily accessible to

gap between academia and policy-making. We intend to bring together
researchers and thinkers at our programs and events and disseminate the
insights and analysis of leading decision-makers through briefings, reports, and

ABOUT THE CONFERENCE
Access to justice in South Asia is multifaceted, involving the intricate interplay
of legal infrastructure, societal norms, economic factors, and technological
advancements. In the diverse and populous nations of the South Asia region,
ensuring equitable access to justice remains a paramount yet challenging goal.

Bearing these considerations in mind, GCLS is convening this conference. This

year's Conference is dedicated to exploring dimensions of access to justice in
South Asia. By facilitating critical discussions that bring together experts,
scholars, and practitioners from diverse fields, the conference seeks to redefine
access to justice across the region. Key discussions would include empowering
child-friendly legal processes, justice through alternative dispute resolution,
