COURSE LEARNING OUTCOMES
Students will be able to:
1. Study the basic technologies for deploying 4G.
2. Understand the different access and scheduling technologies for implementing 4G
3. Analyze the different spectrum standardization schemes and challenges for 5G
4. Study the basic architecture along with hardware and software requirement for 5G deployment.
5. Study the different aspects of MIMO design along with implementation and channel modelling.

COURSE ASSESSMENT METHOD
Continuous Internal Evaluation (CIE):
• Learning Assignment 1 - 10 Marks
• Learning Assignment 2- 10Marks.
• Three mid examinations, 30 Marks each will be conducted. 40 % of MSE-1, 40 % MSE-2, 20 % of
MSE-3 will be considered .
Semester End Examination (SEE):
• Final examination, of 100 Marks will be conducted and will be evaluated for 50 Marks.
