    Amendment to Department Personnel Order No. 2024-4183 dated July 2, 2024, entitled
    “Authority of Selected Personnel of the DOH Central Office and DOH Hospitals to Attend the
    Workshop on ISO 15189 for DOH Clinical Laboratories in Ramada Hotel on July 31 to August 2,
    2024” is hereby amended to reflect the following changes:
