In groups, discuss how organizational culture affects innovation. Each group should analyze an
organization they are familiar with, considering its innovation-fostering aspects.
Strategy Development Exercise:
Develop strategies for overcoming a specific challenge (e.g., resource limitations or market
uncertainty) in technological innovation. Present these strategies to the class.
