A Detailed Lesson Plan

Learning and Living in the 21st Century - 9 Cookery

At the end of this lesson the students will be able to:
a. Classify the different cooking equipment;
b. Value the importance on the proper use of cooking equipment;
c. Cite the different cooking equipment used.

But before we start our proper lesson, I


have 3 classroom rules you need to
follow. First, is listen, then understand,
and respect. All of you must follow these
rules to have a good classroom

Okay, now class did you remember your


last lesson?
Yes, ma’am it is all about procedure in
washing dishes, cooking utensils, glassware,
and flatware.

So, before we start our lesson lets have


an activity first. I will divide you in two
groups. Please count yourself from 1 and
2.

Okay, since you are already divided let’s
start. I have here some pictures I want
you to categorize the pictures based on
the first 2 picture presented on the
board. Each group will take turns on
selecting and pasting it on the board. And
the group with the highest points will
have a reward. Okay class?

and then take turns.

want you to explain why it is important to
know the cooking equipment. And pass it in
the front. You have at least 5 minutes to
answer.
