This Quality Management Plan will serve as a guide throughout the project lifecycle to
ensure the delivery of high-quality outputs that align with the company’s objectives and
customer expectations.
Purpose
The purpose of this plan is to de ne the quality objectives, standards, metrics, and
assurance mechanisms to ensure successful delivery of the website development and
international marketing projects for Native Bush Spices Australia. Quality management aims
to meet stakeholder expectations, avoid delays, and stay within the approved budget.
1. Ensure the projects meet their planned objectives within scope, budget, and time.
2. Deliver a user-friendly and accessible website to attract customers and increase sales by
10% within the rst year.
3. Launch an effective international marketing campaign to increase brand awareness
across target markets (Hong Kong, Japan, Singapore).
4. Incorporate cultural sensitivity in both advertisements and product labels to align with
local preferences.
Quality Assurance: Ongoing audits will be performed to ensure alignment with quality
objectives. Regular reviews of progress reports and deliverables will help identify and
correct issues early.
Quality Control: Feedback from stakeholders (e.g., CEO, web developer, advertising
specialist) will be integrated to monitor compliance with standards. Regular tracking of
budget, timelines, and task completion will ensure adherence.
