Quality Management Plan

This Quality Management Plan will serve as a guide throughout the project lifecycle to
ensure the delivery of high-quality outputs that align with the company’s objectives and
customer expectations.

Purpose

The purpose of this plan is to de ne the quality objectives, standards, metrics, and
assurance mechanisms to ensure successful delivery of the website development and
international marketing projects for Native Bush Spices Australia. Quality management aims
to meet stakeholder expectations, avoid delays, and stay within the approved budget.

Quality objec ves

1. Ensure the projects meet their planned objectives within scope, budget, and time.
2. Deliver a user-friendly and accessible website to attract customers and increase sales by
10% within the rst year.
3. Launch an effective international marketing campaign to increase brand awareness
across target markets (Hong Kong, Japan, Singapore).
4. Incorporate cultural sensitivity in both advertisements and product labels to align with
local preferences.

Quality standards and metrics

1. QS11- Development schedule - Project schedule is agreed to by team as achievable


2. QS12- Team availability - Team members are dedicated to the project, or readily available
when required
3. QS13- Organisation roles and responsibilities - Organisation members understand their
own roles and responsibilities and of others
4. QS14- Policies and standards - Development policies and procedures are defined and
carefully followed
5. QS15- Stakeholder involvement - Stakeholders are highly involved in the project and
provide significant input
6. QS16- User Acceptance- Relevant processes are in place for user approval
7. QS4- Leadership - Project has active sponsorship
8. QS5- Product and process planning and controls are in place

the project, to team members and other relevant stakeholders

Quality assurance and control mechanisms

Quality Assurance: Ongoing audits will be performed to ensure alignment with quality
objectives. Regular reviews of progress reports and deliverables will help identify and
correct issues early.
Quality Control: Feedback from stakeholders (e.g., CEO, web developer, advertising
specialist) will be integrated to monitor compliance with standards. Regular tracking of
budget, timelines, and task completion will ensure adherence.

effectiveness.
Web Developer: Ensure website compliance with accessibility standards.
Advertising Specialist: Deliver culturally appropriate advertisements.

Quality methods, techniques and tools to resolve quality issues

1. Risk management: Mitigating delays through proper scheduling and task delegation.
2. Audit checklists: Ensure all deliverables align with quality standards.
3. Usability testing: Collect user feedback to evaluate website performance.
4. Performance reports: Regular monitoring of budget and ad campaign metrics.
5. Communication tools: Weekly meetings, email correspondence, and status updates to
prevent miscommunication.
