EMPLOYMENT OVERVIEW:
ROYAL TAG.
• Manage the store based on the company standard, including: sales management,
display management, stock management and personnel management.
• Responsible for the store display and sales, motivate store staff to enhance
store sales performance.
• Prepare the stocking according the store sales and district manager’s
instruction.
• Promote company events and boost the sales.
• Know the product well, and provide sales training and guidance to the store
staff.
• Manage and follow up the store constructional project.
• Provide Daily /Weekly /Monthly report to Area Manager.
• Meeting on month basis
• Training of all new store managers and sales staffs for company operation
Procedure, standards, loss prevention etc.
• Conduct test of all staff for promotion.
• Develop, implement, monitor and maintain both initial and ongoing training
programs to improve company performance and individual development
• Ensures all training and development activities (department specific and
general property training) are strategically linked to the organization’s
mission and goals
• Partner with the Leadership team to identify learning and performance needs,
and recommend solutions spanning initial training and advanced skills
development
• Track, monitor, and report on key training metrics to evaluate program success
and measure learning strategy impact on the organization
• Develops and executes customer service training programs to improve leasing and
engagement skills for the teams, meets the changing needs of the marketplace to
provide an excellent experience for residents and future prospects
• Prepare and facilitate virtual, classroom and one on one sessions as need for
all new hires, acquisitions and existing team
• Establish guidelines so employees understand expectations and parameters
• Responsible for needs analysis and continuous evaluation of training programs
to ensure content is up to date and aligns with organizational goals
• Measure and report to the head of Operations the impact of each training
program
• Assist with the company’s talent review process, including assessing
competencies and capabilities, identifying high potential and future leaders
• Stay abreast of new trends and tools in learning and development
• Travel is required up to 75% throughout the portfolio
