Opinions are divided on whether wasting expenditure
for hosting national big sporting events like the world
cup or this allocation is suitable. In this essay, I will
discuss both views and explain my opinion .
On the one hand, I acknowledge that there are several
drivers why citizens believe in hosting big sports events
is luxurious. Initially, they may will argue that it is a
contemporary society, there are many nations are
developing. While they are lacked of finance abilities, it
is not straightforward to organize a big sport event like
world cup. One of the main reasons is that it will
demand for an excessive amount of money to carry out
the event leading to being out of national budget.
Evidence for this can be seen in Vietnam, where the
world cup can not be taken place because of the large
shortage of money and facilities.
On the other hand, although many people believe in
the former view, I still firmly think it is fundamental to
host big events related to sports for multiple causes.
Chief among these is that participating in these events
which helps citizens approach new opportunities to
improving national finance. By way of illustration,
because making new friends by joining those
celebrations lead to enhancing international
relationships, which means it is simple to offer for them
about tourism in our nation, resulting in inclining the
figure for national economy. Another principal
argument is that having a chance to join in big sport
events allows individuals are eye-opening. Which would
mean that they are not only can be familiar with new
information about sports but also they may be
informed about new cultures. Thus, it would helps our
country stimulate with better adjustments leading to
removal of outdated trends to make way for gaining
updated knowledge.
In conclusion, it is understandable why some believe it
is pricey to celebrate big sportings events; however, I
do strongly believe it is essential to host these events,

It is believe that senior managers working in a company with other workers
should be received more incomes. From my point of view, I partly agree with
this opinion because of several rationales.
On the one hand, in there are some major causes that explain why some
individuals think paying higher salary for managers is unnecessary. Initially, it
is consider equally to compare both of revenue of manual work and intellectual
work with their efforts. Which would means that Workers have to bear multiple
tasks related to burning out a huge amount of energy to complete while
managers may carry out schedules and plans or set a whole process in motion in
the office being a serene environment of work. Another significant driver is that
senior managers could be allowed to have much welfare than other workers. For
example, many companies permit manager levels have more days off than other
employees if managers’ abilities could handle all of their responsibilities of
working.
On the other hand, I still agree partly in this view due to two persuasive reasons.
Chief among these is that staying in this contemporary society, owning higher
qualifications is crucial for applying in well-paid job. In contrast, manual labour
should be paid with lower salary because of the lack of expertise to mitigate
professional issues. Another principal rationale is that managers having a wide
range of abilities for solving play a fundamental role in a company. They are
not only will be assumed excessive guidance on work but also represent for
quality of almost workers. By way of illustration, before employees be allowed
to work, they would be trained by managers having in-depth knowledge or
relevant certifications.
In conclusion, I partly agree that earning higher income is more suitable for
senior managers than other employees thanks to aforementioned drivers.
