and agree to the required conduct as set out below:

Deadlines:
There are dates for the various deadlines explained in each course. Please read them carefully.
Deadlines for:
1. Enrolment form completion
2. Activities, exercises, and assignments
3. Assessments if provided
4. Feedback forms
5. Final course date

2
Extensions:
During the course, you may face situations that prevent you completing the required assignments or
modules within the specific deadline. In such cases, you are required to follow the procedures as outlined
below.

Please Note: Extensions on extensions are not permitted.

Procedure:
1. An extension can be requested for up to 4 days. 4 days is the maximum due to the timeline for
management of the training and release of results and reports.
2. To requests for extensions please open the “Contact us / Request extension” button on the
Online Course Page and follow the instructions. Please do not request an extension via discussion
groups.
3. Extensions will be granted if:
a) The duration of extension requested is no longer than 4 days.
b) You have not requested an extension on an existing extension.

The result of your request will be sent to you via email. If granted your amended submission deadline for
tests or assignments done online will reflect on your online deadline.

Assignments:
Regardless of an extension being granted, all assignments must be submitted via the Online course or via
email depending on the course requirements. So please read the instructions carefully.

1. It is your responsibility to ensure that the assignment file is submitted via email to the relevant
facilitator or uploaded correctly.
2. If it is identified during grading that a corrupt file or incorrect file format has been submitted,
your training team will alert you to this as soon as possible. You are then required to resubmit
your assignment via email to the relevant facilitator or upload it to the Online course and within
a required deadline specified by your training team (no more than 24 hours will be provided).
3. Once you have received your grade and feedback, we will not accept any amendments to
your assignment.
4. Should there be a query relating to your grade, you are required to email your query to your
training team within 24 hours of receiving your results. Please provide details of your query. Once
your training team has received your query, it will be addressed, and you will receive feedback
within 7 working days of submission.

Discussion Forums:
The discussion forums serve as a platform for teamwork and communication. They aim to improve and
encourage engagement.

The following is prohibited:
