someone may have opened and repacked it during logistics transportation. I’ve attached videos via

Dear Daraz Seller Support,
Thank you for your response regarding my claim. However, I noticed that the Proof of Delivery (POD)
was not attached to your message.
I want to clarify that I did write my remarks on the POD sheet provided. According to Daraz's policy,
remarks on the POD sheet are not mandatory, and I did not receive an original sheet from Leopard
Courier for additional comments.
Given these points, I request a full payout for this order. Please advise if I need to file a new claim or
if this matter can be resolved promptly.
