oof of Delivery” (POD), which shows that the item has been returned to you, and as per the alignmen
t, you have to write remarks
or anything suspicious on the POD but, unfortunately, we did not find any remarks or anything suspic
ious word against your signature. Therefore, we are unable to entertain your claim.

We would appreciate it if you wrote remarks or anything suspicious received on the POD when you r

Dear Daraz Seller Support,

Thank you for your response regarding my claim. However, I noticed that the Proof of Delivery (POD)
was not attached to your message.

I want to clarify that I did write my remarks on the POD sheet provided. According to Daraz's policy,
remarks on the POD sheet are not mandatory, and I did not receive an original sheet from Leopard
Courier for additional comments.

Given these points, I request a full payout for this order. Please advise if I need to file a new claim or
if this matter can be resolved promptly.

I appreciate your urgent attention to this issue.
