Yarn used: I Love this Cotton in two colors: Tan for sole Pink for shoe Crochet hook: E (3.5mm)
Round 3: Ch 2, work 1 hdc in same st, work 10 hdc, work 2 hdc in each of the next 3 sts, work 10 hdc, work 2 hdc in each of the last 2 sts. Join with a sl st to beginning ch 2 32 hdc
Round 6: Decrease Round Ch 2, work 13 hdc, work 5 hdc decreases, work 7 hdc, join to beginning ch 2.
Round 4 & 5: Begin top of the shoe: Using pink yarn, Ch 2, work 1 hdc in each hdc 32 hdc
Round 7: Decrease Round Ch 2, work 12 hdc, work 3 hdc decreases, work 7 hdc, join with a sl st to beginning ch2.
Round 8 Count back 5 or 6 chains after fastening off yarn. Place markers to indicate the front of the shoe On the pink marker, join with a sl st, ch 4 (for loop) work 1 sc in next st, work 14 sc, ch 4 (for second loop), join with a sl st to next st with the blue marker.
Use a length of ribbon of your choice to thread through the two loops made. It will secure bootie to baby.
