dedicated HR manager managing their account. Our HR
managers get to know each customer, their business and
become an extension of their team.

Customers have direct access to the dedicated HRM through the

Ultimate platform and their employees also have the ability to to
ask questions and/or address any concerns they may have.

HR Guidance
Our HR Guidance team is responsible for providing
customers with expert HR support. Included on this
team, we have the following roles:

HR Coordinators
HR Managers
HR Compliance Manager

Customer Success
Our Customer Success teams are responsible for
ensuring our customers have an incredible
experience at Ultimate and serve as a primary
source of contact for any issues that may arise.

Business Engagement Managers (Trial)

Reports to the Revenue Team.

Customer Support
Our Customer Support team is responsible for
addressing platform related issues experienced by
the customer and surfacing those issues with the
appropriate team. This includes billing issues,
payroll support, and password resets.

The New Business Sales team is responsible for
selling Ultimate to new customers. This team is
organized into several smaller teams:

awareness and demand for our products and
services to support $1 Trial Sign-Ups and New
Business Sales. Additionally, the marketing team

Our Partnerships team builds and manages relationships
with external partners to bring in new leads, introduce
product integrations, and drive retention.

user interface, and ideating forward-thinking optimizations
for our products.

They build each and every feature for our
customers with care.
