Formal Program Script - PM SHRI Kendriya Vidyalaya Annual Function

1. Welcome the Gathering

Host 1: Good evening, esteemed guests, respected teachers, beloved parents, and my dear friends.

Host 2: A very warm welcome to all of you to the annual function of PM SHRI Kendriya Vidyalaya.

After 5 long years, we have gathered here today to celebrate the hard work, dedication, and

achievements of our students. This event is not just a tradition but a testament to the growth and

success of our school community.

Host 1: Tonight, we come together to recognize excellence, applaud talent, and share in the joy of

our collective accomplishments. We are excited to present to you an evening filled with inspiring

speeches, captivating performances, and well-deserved accolades.

2. Inviting the Chief Guests

Host 2: At this juncture, it is our privilege to invite our esteemed Chief Guests to the stage.

Host 1: We kindly request [Chief Guest's Name], [Designation], to please come forward. Sir/Madam,
