Daily Time Table

1. Morning Session (6:00 AM - 9:00 AM):


o Compulsory Subject: English Essay & Precis
Focus on essay writing (2 days a week) and precis writing,
comprehension, and grammar (4 days a week).
Tip: Write an essay every 2-3 days and review for structure,
coherence, and grammar.
2. Mid-Morning Session (9:30 AM - 12:30 PM):
o Optional Subject 1 (e.g., International Relations) Focus on your
first optional subject. Read the syllabus carefully and divide it into
weekly portions. Cover theory, historical context, and current affairs.
Tip: Make use of flowcharts and diagrams to simplify complex topics
like world politics, global conflicts, and international organizations.
3. Afternoon Session (1:30 PM - 4:30 PM):
o Compulsory Subject: General Science & Ability / Pakistan Affairs
(Alternate Days)
Spend two days a week on General Science and three days on
Pakistan Affairs. Alternate subjects to maintain balance. Tip: Focus on
current developments in science, technology, and Pakistan’s socio-
political landscape. Use a problem-solving approach for the ability
section.
4. Evening Session (5:00 PM - 8:00 PM):
o Optional Subject 2 (e.g., Environmental Science / Public
Administration) Dedicate this time to your second optional subject.
Focus on understanding concepts, preparing short notes, and
memorizing critical facts.
Tip: Use past papers to identify frequently asked questions and
structure your answers accordingly.
5. Night Session (9:00 PM - 11:00 PM):
o Compulsory Subject: Current Affairs Read newspapers, journals,
and watch reliable news channels. Use this time to study topics like
international relations, global organizations, and Pakistan's role in
world affairs.
Tip: Maintain a daily news journal to summarize events and their
implications for Pakistan.
6. Late Night Session (11:30 PM - 12:30 AM):
o Revision / Practice Tests Revise what you have studied throughout
the day and attempt MCQs or practice essays. Use this time for self-
evaluation and improving your weak areas.

Weekly Breakdown

 Monday to Saturday: Follow the daily timetable, rotating between subjects.


 Sunday:
o Mock tests or essay writing practice (morning).
o Revise key topics from all subjects (afternoon).
o Rest and review notes casually (evening).

Preparation Tips

1. Effective Time Management: Stick to the timetable, but be flexible enough


to adjust according to your progress.
2. Prioritize Weak Areas: Spend extra time on subjects or areas where you
feel less confident.
3. Practice Past Papers: Solve past papers of both compulsory and optional
subjects to familiarize yourself with exam patterns.
4. Note-making: Make concise notes for revision, especially for theoretical
