The Sth and I'h ANNUAL CoNVoCATIoN of vikrama Simhapuri Universit5z for
the Conferment of Bachelor, Master and Ph.D., Degrees on successful candidates will be
held during the month of March/April, 2O24. The last date for receipt of onl ne application
is 01.03.2024. The actual date of Convocation will be announced in due course through
website and news papers.

Post Graduate Courses:

The candidates who passed the Post Graduate Corrrses viz. M.A., M.Sc.,
M.Com., M.Com. (B&F)., M.Com.(F.M.), M.S.W., M.Ed., M.P.Ed., M.B.A.,
M.B.A.(TM), M.C.A. and Ph.D. etc., and whose results were published in rhe year
2021 and 2O22 or earlier are eligible to apply for the above convocation.
The candidates declared eligible for the award of Ph.D. Degree for the year
2O21 and 2O22 or earlier are eligible to apply for the above Convocation.

The candidates who passed Post Graduate Courses and Ph.D. througti Two
Constituent Colleges of V.S. University College, Nellore and V.S.University. College,
Kavali will be admitted to their respective Degrees either "IN PERSON" or "lN
ABSENTIA". The candidates who desire to attend the Convocation and to receive the
above Degree "IN PERSON" may apply for "IN PERSON". The eligible candidates,
who are not able to attend the convocation, may apply for "IN ABSENTIA" and their
Degree Certificates will be sent to the Principal of the Colleges concemed soon after
the Convocation is over.

The candidates who awarded with Gold medals and Prizes shall be admitted to
the Convocation "IN PERSON" only.

The candidates who passed Post Graduate courses through Affiliated Colleges
shall be admitted to their respective Degrees "lN ABSENITA" only and the
Certificates will be sent to the Principal of the Colleges concemed soon after the
Convocation is over.

Under Graduate Courses:

The candidates who passed B.A., B.Com., B.Sc., B.B.A., B.C.A. and
M.C.A. (Dual Degree), B.Ed., B.P.Ed., and LL.B. etc., and whose results were
published in the year 2O2l and 2O22 or earlier will be admined to their respecrive
Degrees under "IN ABSENITA". The Degrees (Certificates) relating to these
candidates will be sent to the Principal of the Colleges concerned soonafter the
convocation is over.

Procedure to Apply!

The University introduced the Online Application system for applying for the
above Convocation. All the Principals/Correspondents are directed to fill the Convocation
Applications of their students in the website www.vsu.ac.in. throughcolleges Login. The
m'airual/offline applications shall be rejected and returned automatically. The eligible
candidates, who'a.u intending to receive their Degree in the above Convocation' may
aooroach their Principal of the Colleges concerned along with all the Original Certificates

Instructions/G u idelines for the Colleges:

The Principal(s)/Correspondent(s) are requested to co- operate in filling the Online

Convocation Applications on the VSU website through College Login related to their
Etudents and collect the prescribed fee from them and remit the same in the SBI on-
line banking into the Account No.3E042E01705 by 9-pay available on Website within
the due date. The manual/offline applications shall be rejected and returned
automatically. Please verifo all the information entered in correcl before submission of
the application.

The Principal(s)/Correspondent(s) are instructed tosubmit one ser of attested xerox

copy of Lower Degree Pass Certificate and Provisional Certificate of the candidates
appearing for Degrees along with the Original Challan(s) and downloaded list.

The Principal(s)/Correspondent(s) are directed to upload the scanned photos, all

original certificates etc. of their students and the certificates to be retained with your
college without any discrepancy to the candidates because of the verification of all the
Original certificates i.e. Lower Degree Certificate, Intermediate Certificate and
Provisional Certificate etc., will be done by the University staff before the collect of the
Degree Certificates. The actual date for verification of Convocations/Certificates will be
notified in due course. The University is not responsible for any delay or loss of
certificates to apply for the above convocations.

The M/s Surya Computers, Vijayawada is informed to open the data regarding to the
Students who are eligible to apply the said Convocation.
