Subject : Request for two days seek leave

Dear HOD mam,

I hope this email finds you in good health and high spirits. I am writing to formally request a leave of
absence from college for two days, 2-4-2024 and 3-4-2024, due to physical weakness.

During my absence , I assure you that I will make every effort to minimize disruption to my studies by
completing any missed assignments and catching up on any material covered during my absence. I will
also ensure to communicate with my classmates regarding any group work or assignments that may be
affected by my absence.

I understand the importance of maintaining regular attendance and the impact it can have on my
academic progress. However , I believe that the circumstances necessitate this temporary leave, and I
am committed to maintaining my academic responsibilities despite my absence.
