    Read the following :-

    ORDER:
    In the reference 1 above, DA was revised to 8.866% to the employees
    drawing RPS 2018 w.e.f. 01.07.2019.

    2. In the reference 3 above, orders were issued for freezing of dearness


    allowance as per orders in reference 2 above at rates applicable on 01.01.2020,
    01.07.2020 & 01.01.2021 for the APTRANSCO employees in view of the
    financial position due to outbreak of COVID-19 till July 2021. Further, it was
    ordered that the additional instalments of Dearness Allowance and Dearness
    Relief payable to APTRANSCO Employees and Pensioners/Family Pensioners,
    due from 1st January 2020, 1st July 2020 and 1st January 2021 shall not be
    paid. As & when the decision to release the future instalments of Dearness
    Allowance / Dearness Relief due from 1st July 2021 is taken by the
    Government, the rates of Dearness Allowance/Dearness Relief as effective from
    1st January 2020, 1st July 2020 and 1st January 2021 will be restored
    prospectively and will be subsumed in the cumulative revised rate effective from
    1st July 2021. No arrears for the period from 1st January, 2020 till 30th June,
    2021 shall be paid.

    3. In view of the orders issued in references 4 and 5 by GoAP, after careful


    consideration, the Transmission Corporation of Andhra Pradesh Limited hereby
    orders for release of all pending Dearness Allowance (DA) installments due from
    01.01.2020 to 01.07.2021 (4 DA instalments) & include the same from the
    salary of February 2022 onwards, as detailed below, duly canceling the orders
    issued in reference 3.

    4. The DA arrears of January 2022 shall be paid along with salary of


    February 2022. The DA arrears from 01.07.2021 to 31.12.2021 shall be paid
    in cash in four (4) equal quarterly instalments during the financial year 2022-
    23 viz. June 2022, September 2022, December 2022 & March 2023 as per
    orders in reference 5

    5. These orders are issued with the concurrence of the Director/Finance


    vide e-Office No. 1217385, dated.01.02.2022.
