(B) Find the Cardinality of the following sets:

(d) {t : 0 ≤ t < 15, t ∈ Z}.

(4) Answer the following Questions on Set Operations:

(A) Given that S = {u : −10 ≤ u ≤ 15 u ∈ Z} is the Universal set, N = {u : −5 < u ≤


3, u ∈ Z}, T = {u : −8 < u ≤ 10, u ∈ W}. Given that N, T are subsets of S, find the
following:
(i) (T ∩ N ).
(ii) n(T ∪ N ).
(iii) n(T − N ).
(iv) (T − N )′ .

(5) Answer the following on power sets:

(A) Write the power sets of the following:

(6) Simplify the following sets:

(b) A − (A − B).
(c) (A − B) ∪ (A ∩ B).
