Policy
Blue Healer adheres to all relevant WHS legislation, including the WHS Act
2011 and WHS Regulations 2017, to ensure a safe workplace. Employees are
expected to be familiar with these requirements and how they apply to their
roles.
The CEO (PCBU) ensures that a comprehensive WHS policy is in place, risks are
assessed, and resources are allocated for safety improvements. Department
managers oversee WHS in their areas, ensuring that staff have access to
necessary resources and training. Update: Managers are now required to
include WHS updates during monthly departmental meetings to
maintain a focus on safety.
