    Dear Parents,
    “Greetings from IIS Family”

    Kindly be informed the Summative Assessment 1 (SA1) Examination for Grade I -XII is scheduled from
    10th -27th September 2024. The SA1 exam dates are given in School diary. Refer page no. 49.
    Parents are requested to follow the below guidelines:
    1. School timings during the SA1 Examination days for Grade 1 – XII will be 7.30 am – 11.30 am. OT
    parents must pick their wards from the respective OT Rooms sharp at 11.50 am.
    2. For KG on going Formative Assessment, details will be shared by Class teachers shortly.
    3. Parents are requested to go through the SA1 date sheet which is given in the school diary Page No 49
    to verify the subject and date of examination for Grade 1- XII.
    4. All the students are advised to prepare well for the SA1 Examination and it is compulsory to attend all
    the subjects.
    5. Students’ Absence during Examination days will be authorized only based on medical/emergency
    reasons.
    6. Portions which will be assessed for SA1 Examination are already shared by the respective Class teachers
    with the students and parents.
    7. Grades 1-X will have regular class from 26th September 2024 onwards.
    8. Parents are advised to monitor & support their wards while preparing for SA1 Examination.
    9. The Open House for KG –XII is scheduled on 5th October 2024, Saturday; timings and other related
    details will be shared shortly.
    10. The Exam scheduled for core subjects for all students on 20th September2024 as it is a Friday, the buses
    will be dispersing by 11.30 am instead of 11.00 am. Half an hour delay will be there; Parents of KG bus
    students are requested to coordinate with respective Bus Conductors for the drop timing.
    11. Grade XI & XII students will have regular classes after completing their exams which is scheduled on
    27th September 2024.
    12. There will be a study holiday on 17th,19th & 24th September for Grade 1 - XII. Parents are advised not to
    send their wards to the school during these days, However KG will have regular classes.

    Note: Parents are requested to clear all the fee arrears before the commencement of SA1 Examination,
    by 7th September 2024, Saturday.
