Note : Please read and follow all the instructions given below, before attempting
any online subjective tests including ( Design test, Design coding test, Verification
test, verification coding test, PD test and Final test)

Steps to take the Design | Verification | Final test

v Login to your Elearn portal

v Click on dashboard which is in left side of your screen, you can find the relevant courses under
the option “continue learning” in the screen

v Click on the relevant test course which you can see ( here it is design Test ) in the screenshot,

You can see the course content of Design Test in the left side of the screen.

v Click on the Design Test / Design Coding Test which is visible in CONTENTS shown below and
You can see the Attempt Now option. Please click on the “Attempt now”

Note: There is only one Attempt given for the test. Make sure you can take the test with good
internet connection.

v Now read the general instruction carefully and click on “I am ready to begin”

v Select the question and answer (If it is Objective, then choose 1 of the option and the continue
with next question. If it is subjective, then follow the below instructions)

Reference window with 10 questions

Please find the steps once it gets started:


v Once you are done with the answer, click on “Save & Next” to go to next question.

v If you want to skip the question, click on “Mark for review & Next”

v Kindly note for objective questions, each question carries a negative mark of 0.25.

v For Subjective questions you need to write and submit the answers through any of the options

Ø Editor like notepad++, notepad can be used, where you can type the solution (codes, theory, syntax etc.. ) and take
a screenshot of the window which contains solutions, these solutions can be uploaded to the respective questions.
(We recommend)
Ø You can write the answers in A4 sheet and take a picture of each solution separately and can be uploaded
respectively.

v After completing all the questions, click on “submit exercise”

v Once done with the submitting process you can review and then submit for the final correction.

v After submitting the test, your marks will be displayed as 0. Once the correction is completed then you will be allowed
to see the updated actual marks (We will communicate you about the evaluation, then you can check the marks in the
dashboard)

How to upload my screenshot for the subjective solutions


The below is the window for the subjective question, you can see 5 options under the tab Answer. Once the screenshot
is taken then click the option, insert image.

A window will open, like shown below, click on “choose a file”

Select the respective screenshot which contains the answer for the respective question.

The screenshot choosen will be uploaded, then click on option “Use this” shown below.

The solution to the respective question will be visible similarly as shown in the image below.

If you have multiple screenshots containing solutions to the same question, then follow the previous step. Then after the
attached image, give an enter, the cursor will go to the next empty line, then again choose “insert image” continue
adding the next images, by choosing “Add new”

You can see, 2 images uploaded in the screen, please continue to upload as many, based on your solution and the number of
images taken.

After attempting all 10 questions, you can click “Submit Exercise” then you will get a new window like attached. Now as a
final step, click on “Submit” ( This step will ensure your solutions are completely uploaded, so we can evaluate)
