Explain comprehensively. (100 words)

MODULE 3 & 4
- In this module, we learned about the 7 effective teaching strategies for the
classroom including Visualization. Bring dull academic concepts to life with visual
and practical learning experiences, helping your students to understand how their
schooling applies in the real-world. Also the 10 innovative learning strategies for
modern pedagody. This is an excerpt from a report, produced by The Open
University in collaboration with SRI International, that proposes ten innovations that
are already in currency but have not yet had a profound influence on education. You
can read the full report, with in-depth explanations and examples of each
learning strategy in action, here. And lastly the importance & benefits of P.E. and
Health, Everyone knows that Physical Education (PE) class is great for kids. It helps
improve their physical fitness, increases their motor skill development, and
encourages daily exercise. But, what about the hidden benefits? PE is much more
than just exercise. In fact, Dr. John Ratey, associate clinical professor of psychiatry
at Harvard University, says, “Exercise is like Miracle-Gro for the brain.” Including it in
a daily routine has repeatedly been shown to build brain cells and to improve
academics. Elevating the heart rate can lift mood, beat stress, and sharpen
intellect. In addition to providing great exercise and developing motor skills, here are 5
hidden benefits of PE.

- In module 4, the topic is all about Assessment Techniques for Teaching PE and
Health in Elementary Grades, Physical fitness assessments, in turn,
provide important information about children's fitness relative to
established health related standards. This information can promote awareness
and education of both children and parents and help to document needs in the
population. And what is assessment? Let’s start off by defining our terms here.
According to the Great School Partnership, assessment refers to the variety of
methods or tools that educators use to evaluate, measure, and document the
academic readiness, learning progress, skill acquisition, or educational needs of
students. Assessment of learning usually appears as summative tasks in which
students demonstrate their learning and have a grade/result associated to their level
of achievement, assessment for learning involves formative tasks which inform both
the student and the teacher about where the student is at in their learning, remind
them of where they are aiming to go, and help them better understand what they can
do in order to get there.
