Course Overview (Part B):


Part B builds on the foundational knowledge from Part A, delving into advanced
topics in Natural Language Processing (NLP), Deep Learning, and Generative AI.
This part is designed for those who are ready to tackle more complex concepts,
including sequence models, transformer architectures, and the practical
implementation of state-of-the-art Generative AI models. It concludes with
comprehensive projects that integrate all the skills learned throughout the
course.

Learning Outcomes (Part B):


By the end of Part B, participants will:
1. Master Advanced NLP Techniques: Implement advanced NLP
techniques including word embeddings, sequence models, and
transformers.
2. Understand Deep Learning for NLP: Gain a deep understanding of how
deep learning models, including RNNs, LSTMs, and transformers, are
applied to NLP tasks.
3. Implement Real-World Generative AI Applications: Develop and
deploy advanced Generative AI applications using the latest tools and
frameworks.
4. Integrate Models into Applications: Learn to integrate complex AI
models into web applications and deploy them in production
environments.

Module 1: Advanced NLP Techniques


 Session 1: Word Embeddings and Word2Vec (4 hours)
o Overview: Explore the concept of word embeddings, with a focus
on Word2Vec and its CBOW and Skip-gram models.

 Session 2: Graph Databases and Knowledge Graphs (6 hours)
o Overview: Delve into the integration of Graph Databases with NLP
