One Operation on lock
Functional operation
1. restore factory setting
Long press reset key, hear ‘please input initialization password’, the lock will
restore factory setting, clear all fingerprints, passwords, card and mobile
administrator.
2. set administrator password
When not setting administrator password, as well as not adding mobile phone
administrator,input ##12#123456# -> input administrator password# -> input the same
password# again.
Attention: When managing by mobile phone APP, this step is not needed.
3. modify administrator password
Select lock on App -> click setting -> click “unlock password for administrator” ->
input new administrator password.
Attention: must operate on the lock edge.
Input ‘##12# old administrator password # new administrator password # the same new
administrator password’ on lock keypad to modify administrator password.
4. add mobile phone administrator
When not set administrator password, as well as not add mobile phone administrator, touch
the panel, hear “pleas add mobile phone (bluetooth) administrator”, add doorlock on
App. After set administrator password or add mobile phone administrator, can let the
lock enter adding mobile phone administrator mode via inputting ##83# administrator
password# on lock, can allow other App account to add this lock to be new administrator.
Attention: after new App account adds administrator, this lock under previous account
will be deleted automatically, it means only allow one first grade mobile phone
administrator.
5. delete mobile phone administrator
Select the lock which needs to delete mobile phone administrator on App, click setting,
click delete.
Attention: after deleting administrator on App,lock will restore factory setting, and
previous all fingerprints, passwords, cards are invalid.
6. add fingerprint
Click “fingerprint” on App -> add fingerprint -> input fingerprint name and validity
period -> click next step -> click start adding ->Press the finger on the fingerprint
collector several times according to the phone screen and voice prompts. Input##80# ->
input administrator password # -> press the finger on the fingerprint collector several
times according to the phone screen and voice prompts.
Attention: directly added fingerprint on lock can be managed after uploading to App
via “upload fingerprint in lock”function in app. After directly adding fingerprint
on lock successfully, can continue adding other fingerprint, as well as can quit adding
mode after time out.
Attention: only firmware version above 5.0.1 (including) supports this function.
7. delete fingerprint
Click fingerprint on App -> click fingerprint needs deleting -> click delete. Attention:
must operate on lock edge. Input ##70##administrator password#, delete all fingerprints.
8. rename fingerprint
Click “fingerprint” on App -> click the fingerprint needs rename -> click name -> input
new name
9. modify fingerprint validity period
Click “fingerprint” on App -> click the fingerprint whose validity period needs to
be modified -> click validity period -> input new validity period -> click save
Attention: after set validity period, fingerprint can only unlock within the specified
validity period. Must operate on the lock edge.
10.add password
Click “get password” on App -> select password type: custom -> select validity period
-> click set password->input needing added password
Attention: “custom” password must operate on lock edge
Click “get password” on App -> select password type: permanent/time
limit/once/clear/circulation -> click get password
Attention: these kinds of password don’t need to operate on lock edge Clear password
is used to delete all effective passwords on the lock
Input ##80# on lock -> input administrator password # -> input new password #-> input
the same password again #.
Attention: directly added password on lock can be managed by uploading to App via
‘password management -> upload lock password’ on App. After directly adding password
on lock successfully, can continue adding other password, as well as can quit adding
mode after time out.

11. delete password
Click “password management” on App -> click the password to be deleted -> click delete.
Attention: must operate on the lock edge.
Input ##71# administrator password # on lock, delete all unlock passwords(Administrator
password is not deleted).
12. modify password
Click “password management”on App -> click the password to be modified -> click
password -> input new password.
Attention: must operate on the lock edge.
Input ##10# old password # new password # new password # on lock to modify password (please
use ##12# to modify administrator password)
13. rename password
Click “password management” on App -> click password need rename -> click the name
-> input new name.
14.modify password validity period
Click “password management” on App -> click password needing modifying validity
period -> click validity period -> input new validity period -> click save.
Attention: must operate on lock edge.
15. add IC card
Click “IC card” on App -> add IC card -> input name and select validity period -> click
confirm, then touch card to add.
Attention: must operate on lock edge.
Input ##80# on lock -> input administrator password #, then touch card to add.
Attention: directly added IC card on lock can be managed by uploading IC card to App
via ‘IC card -> upload lock IC card’ on App. After directly adding IC card on lock
successfully, can continue adding other IC card, as well as can quit adding mode after
time out.
Attention: only firmware version above 5.0.1 (including) can support this function.
16. delete IC card
Click “IC card” on App -> click card need deleting - > click delete.
Attention: must operate on lock edge. Input ##69# administrator password # on lock,
delete all IC card.
17. rename IC card
Click “IC card” on App -> click IC card needing rename -> click name -> input new name.
18. modify IC card validity period
Click “IC card” on App -> click IC card needing modifying validity period -> click
validity period -> input new validity period -> click save.
Attention: must operate on lock edge.
19. unlock by unlocking App:
Click lock icon to unlock on App.
Attention: must unlock on lock edge. When there is NB, also can remote unlock after enable
remote unlocking function on lock (remote unlocking is disabled by default).
Touch unlocking: under the circumstance of enabling APP “touch unlocking”,open APP,
touch the lock to unlock.
IC card unlocking: put the added IC card in the swiping area to unlock.
Fingerprint unlocking:press added fingerprint on fingerprint collector to unlock.
Password unlocking: input unlock password on password keyboard, and press # to unlock.
Attention: when not adding administrator, unlock password 123456 by default.
20. locking
1、 Long press the touch keyboard # to lock
2、Long press unlock key of App to lock
3、If automatic locking is set, will automatically lock after time out.
21. check unlocking record
Select door lock on App, click operation record to check.
Attention: when without gateway, fingerprint/IC card/password unlocking record can be
checked after unlocking via App.
Click some fingerprint/IC card/ password on App, click operation record, check all
records of this fingerprint/IC card/password.
22. virtual password
Other numbers can be added before and after input correct password on lock, virtual
password total length is 16 digits.
23. password error protection
If unlocking password is input mistakenly for 5 times, system will lock the password
keyboard. After 5 minutes time out, will disable locking status. During locking,
App/fingerprint/IC card unlocking can disable keyboard locking status.
24. low power prompt
When battery voltage lower than 4.8V, touch the panel voice “power low, please change
battery”, at the same time, the screen backlight flashes for 1 second. Before
fingerprint/IC card/password unlock, voice prompt “power low, please change battery”,
then unlock.
25. firmware upgrade
Lock can do firmware upgrade via app, click setting on App- >lock upgrade to upgrade
new firmware of lock.
Attention: must operator on lock edge.
25. voice switching
Chinese voice: input “##39# administrator password #1#”on lock.
English voice: input “##39# administrator password #2#”on lock.
Attention: when not adding administrator, administrator password should use 123456
instead.
27. aging test
When not adding administrator, input 35896#, can start motor aging test, input 35896#
again or electrify again can quit motor aging test.
28. lock sound
Can shut down lock sound in App. After shut down lock sound, when touch key, screen will
flicker to prompt user that key is pressed.
29. double lock
Long press deadbolt key can double lock door. Buzzer gives a long beep, only administrator
password and administrator App can unlock; short press double lock key can disable double
lock.
30. switching for left and right switch
left open：##46#123456#1
right open：##46#123456#2
Attention: Can only add administrator when without adding administrator.
一、 APP operation
1. Download TT Lock App, and install.
2. Open “TT Lock”App, register account.
3. After registering successfully, log in and select entering adding lock interface.
4. TT Lock App supports multiple types of lock devices. When adding device, first
select the correct lock type, then touch the touch screen according to the prompts,
let the lock enter adding administrator mode (if If the administrator has been added
before, please restore the factory settings first).
5. Select the lock that you want to add and after successfully, can rename lock.
6. After lock added, the one who adds becomes the administrator of this lock,
meanwhile, this lock can’t enter setting mode by means of touching keyboard. Only
after the current administrator has deleted it can this lock be added again.
7. Click get password, can get unlock password that is input on touch pad of lock
(can select service life of unlock password).
