JOB INTERVIEW SCRIPT

SCENE:

CHARLENE: Good morning, Ma'am!

JACKELYN: Good morning, I am Jackelyn Mae. I am the head of this company.

CHARLENE: Nice to meet you ma'am, I am Charlene Mae.

JACKELYN: Nice to meet you too. Charlene Mae, how did you find about this job?

CHARLENE: I saw an ad on your website.

JACKELYN: Tell me something about yourself?

CHARLENE: I am from Lanao Del Sur, I have M-com degree from Tagoloan Community College. I
graduated in 2020. I am working as a sales manager currently

JACKELYN: Where are you currently working?

CHARLENE: I am currently working at Leona's company.

JACKELYN: What is your role?

CHARLENE: I am a sales manager. I manage the meetings and help my clients in their problems. I also
take care about sales.

JACKELYN: How long have you been working there?

CHARLENE: I have been working there for the last 2 years.

JACKELYN: Why do you want to leave to your current job? What are your qualifications?

CHARLENE: I have M-com degree. I have also a diploma in office Management.

JACKELYN: May I see your CV?

CHARLENE: There you are.

JACKELYN: Well done. You got A+ in every semester. What are your strengths?

CHARLENE: I am very loyal and hardworking. I am punctual as well. I work fast and good.

JACKELYN: What are your weaknesses?

CHARLENE: Sometimes, I help others a lot. And I am very emotional

JACKELYN: Well, that's not very bad. How do you manage situations? If you have a lot of work?

CHARLENE: I am very organized. I work on weekends. If I have a lot of work. I have never let my boss
down.

JACKELYN: Where do you see yourself in the next 5 years?

CHARLENE: I will be working as a manager in this company. I will be launching a new app.
JACKELYN: Your personality is good. You have experience and smart mind. I think you are the right
person for this job.

CHARLENE: Thank you, ma'am. I will never disappoint you.

JACKELYN: Congratulations, You got this job.

CHARLENE: Thank you so much ma'am.

JACKELYN: Do you have some questions about this job?

CHARLENE: Yes, ma'am. I have a few questions. May I ask?

JACKELYN: Sure.

CHARLENE: Is the job full-time or part-time?

JACKELYN: This is a full-time job.

CHARLENE: What are the hours?

JACKELYN: Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm. 40 hours a week.

CHARLENE: How much is the salary?

JACKELYN: 15,000 pesos a month.

CHARLENE: That's a great deal. Are there benefits?

JACKELYN: Yes, we offer a free medical insurance and a free tour.

CHARLENE: Sounds good.

JACKELYN: When can you join?

CHARLENE: I can join this company by tomorrow morning .

JACKELYN: I will be waiting for you. You have to be here before 8am.

CHARLENE: No problem, I am punctual. I will be here on time.

JACKELYN: The., see you again.

CHARLENE: Sure, ma'am.
