PHP/Laravel/MySQL Developer

Number of Position Open - 3

We are urgently seeking a Contract-to-Hire (C2H) PHP/Laravel/MySQL Developer to join


our senior management team. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a University
Management Application project, where you will contribute directly to the development
and enhancement of a robust system used by educational institutions.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining the
backend architecture using PHP, Laravel, and MySQL, as well as contributing to high-level
decision-making as part of the senior management team. This is a full-time position with
a hybrid work model, o ering flexibility to work both in-o ice and remotely. Minimum

Responsibilities:

 Develop and maintain backend solutions using PHP and Laravel for a University
Management Application.

 Design, implement, and manage databases using MySQL.

 Work closely with senior management to align technical e orts with business
objectives.

 Collaborate with frontend developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-


side logic.

 Troubleshoot, test, and maintain the core product software to ensure strong
functionality and optimization.

 Participate in the design and development of scalable architecture for future system
enhancements.

 Engage in Agile project management practices, including sprint planning and stand-
up meetings.

 Communicate e ectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure clear


understanding of requirements and progress.

 Maintain high standards of software quality within the team by establishing best
practices and performing code reviews.

Requirements:

 Proven experience as a PHP Developer with expertise in Laravel framework.


 Strong proficiency in MySQL and database design/management.

 Solid understanding of MVC architecture and RESTful APIs.

 Experience with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.

 Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

 Strong leadership and communication skills, with experience reporting to senior


management.

 Ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.

 Experience with University Management Systems or similar large-scale


applications is highly desirable.

Preferred Qualifications:

 Previous experience in an educational or administrative software project.

 Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).

 Understanding of cloud-based infrastructure (AWS, Azure) and deployment tools.

 Experience with testing tools like PHPUnit and familiarity with CI/CD processes.

Work Model:

 Full-Time, Hybrid Model: The candidate must be available to work in-o ice for part
of the week and remotely as required. Candidates must be flexible to adapt to
project demands and management schedules.
