    KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY

    • Oversee and manage daily day-to-day operations in the organization.


    • Assist and communicate with the manager or other higher authorities in strategy making for operations to run efficiently and
    effectively.
    • Assist in developing various short-term and long-term plans to achieve the goals or objectives set.
    • Monitor the performance of all the department employees and take necessary decisions whenever required related to
    performance management.
    • Monitor the performance metrics.
    • Identify problems or issues within the organization and evaluate them with the right decisions and actions.
    • Must be able to resolve conflicts within the organization or amongst the employees or departments.
    • Assist in preparing documents related to new or improvised plans related to the welfare of the company growth

    EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIRED

    REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

    • Minimum bachelor’s degree in operations management or any relevant field

    SALARY: RS. ₹18000 /- MONTH (DEPENDING ON THE LEVEL OF SKILLS)
