Sir:
I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing to request your assistance with the
cutting/trimming of tall trees in front of the two-story classroom building of
Roxas West Central School, Muñoz West, Roxas, Isabela.
These trees have become safety hazards as their branches are overgrown and
prone to destroy the gutters of our two-story building, especially during typhoons
or strong winds. Numerous branches and leaves have already stocked on the
gutters causing damage to the said building and posing a risk to our learners and
teachers as well. As a responsible school manager, I believe it is crucial to
address this issue promptly.
