Key Objective:
The objective of the Plant Monitoring Application is to provide a platform for users to enter
details related to Hot-Mix Plant.

• District wise Private /Government Plant Entry

• Regular/Patch Work Plant Entry
• Generate reports as per customized formats

How to open application:

• Plant monitoring application is to be open in browser. It is compatible in following
browsers:
Chrome, Firefox, Microsoft edge.
• To access the application in the browser, click on the link below.

To change Password click on Admin→Change Password

Working Plant Entry (Pvt/Gov)

To give details of the Plant used for Regular work.

• Select Wing / Circle

• Click here to Add New Entry

• Ex. Suppose 2 Private Plants and 1 Government Plant running in Ahmedabad.

Step 1:You have to click on the edit button next to the district in which you want to enter details.

• Step 2: Click on this dropdown button to select the Private Plant.

• Step 3: By searching from the RNB Code (Plant Code), select running Private Plant and click on the
close button.

• Step 4: Click on this dropdown button to select the Government Plant.

• Step 5: By searching from the RNB Code (Plant Code), select the running Government Plant and click
on the close button.

• Step 6: After selecting Plant click on update button to save the details.

• Step 7: Click here to view Successfully saved entries.

Patch Work Plant Entry (Pvt/Gov)

To give details of the Plant used for Patch work.

• Select Wing / Circle

• Click here to Add New Entry

• Ex. Suppose 2 Private Plants and 1 Government Plant running in Ahmedabad.

• Step 1: You have to click on the edit button next to the district in which you want to enter details.

• Step 2: Click on this dropdown button to select the Private Plant.

• Step 3: By searching from the RNB Code (Plant Code), select running Private Plant and click on the
close button.

• Step 5: By searching from the RNB Code (Plant Code), select the running Government Plant and click
on the close button.

• Step 7: Click here to view successfully saved entries.

Repeat Plant (Working Plant (Pvt/Gov))

If a Plant is used for more than one work in a district, then click on Repeat Plant

• Click on Repeat Plant Button to repeat selected Plant and click on Update Button enter to save
entered details like work name, on-Duty SO name, SO contact no., Tender agency name, Approved
length in Kms.

• After Successfully update click on Close button

Repeat Plant (Patch Work Plant (Pvt/Gov))

If a Plant is used for more than 1 work in a district, then click on Repeat Plant

• Update the Quantity column, how many time Plant use and click on Update Button

• After Successfully update click on Close button

Unregister Plant /Add Missing Plant (Working Plant (Pvt/Gov))

The Plant which is not registered in the SCADA.
• Click on this button to enter the Plant which is not registered in the Plant SCADA

• Fill all the details related to the Plant and click on Update Button

• After successfully saving details, the Plant will show in Private Plant list.

Unregister Plant /Add Missing Plant (Patch Work Plant (Pvt/Gov))

The Plant which is not registered in the SCADA
• Click on this button to enter the Plant which is not registered in the Plant SCADA

• Fill all the details related to the Plant and click on Save Button

• After successfully saving details, Plant will show in Private Plant list.

Future Planning Entry

To give details of How many plants will be running on a particular day.

• Select Wing / Circle

• Select Time Period and Click here to add new data.

• Fill Number of plants running on particular date and particular District,

(Ex. Suppose in Ahmedabad District 2 plant will be running on 21/02/2024)

Select Update particular cell value and Add 2 and Press ENTER button.

• After Filling Number of plants running on particular date and particular District, Click on Save Button

(Ex. Suppose on 21/02/2024 Two plant will be running every district)

Select Update all cell values of selected Date and Add 2 and Press ENTER button.

• After Filling Number of plants running on particular date and particular District, Click on Save
Button

Select Update in all cell values of selected District and Add 2 and Press ENTER button.

• After Filling Number of plants running on particular date and particular District, Click on Save
