As per the recent approval by the NAPB, the position of Administrative Aide VI has
been converted into the parenthetical title of Broadcast Operator 1.

This conversion is in line with our goal to optimize the operational efficiency of DYDC-
FM. With this, we kindly request that this position be posted as soon as possible to
begin the recruitment process and to ensure that we can fill this critical role promptly.

The Broadcast Operator I role is essential for ensuring high-quality broadcast


operations, including but not limited to managing broadcast equipment, coordinating live
broadcasts, and ensuring compliance with technical standards and regulations.

The qualifications required for the Broadcast Operator I position include:

1. Graduate of BS in Development Communication or any related field.


2. Must have at least three (3) years of experience in radio operations.
3. Proficient in audio editing, mixing, dubbing, recording, and reporting.
4. Capable of creating online graphics for radio programs.
