The waiter approaches a table where a customer is looking at the

Waiter:
Smile "Good evening! How are you doing tonight?"
Customer:
"I'm good, thank you. Just looking over the menu."
Waiter:
"Great! I’d be happy to help if you have any questions. Do you have any dietary preferences or
restrictions I should be aware of?"
Customer:
"Yes, I’m gluten-free and also avoid dairy."
Waiter:
"Got it! Let me guide you through some options. We have a fantastic quinoa salad that’s both gluten-
free and dairy-free. Would you like to hear more about it?"
Customer:
"That sounds good! What else do you recommend?"
Waiter:
"We also have a grilled chicken dish served with seasonal vegetables, and it can be made without the
