I. PROJECT BACKGROUND

At Taking You Forward we believe that one major way to achieving excellence across divisions
is to develop employees with high potential to lead others in the organization. As these
employees move within the chain of succession, a development program becomes a
necessary strategy to make employees feel more connected to the business, and can transfer
good ideas from one section of the company to the whole organization; hence, the TYF LDP.

Taking You Forward Inc.’s Leadership Development Program or LDP is a dynamic,

experience-based program combining divisional assignments, foundational coursework, and
leadership training. It is an in-house project of the OD Learning Academy designed for those
who have recently transitioned into the broader responsibilities of a leadership role, and for
those who anticipate such a transition. Participants represent a wide range of campaigns
serviced by the company and those who take on leadership roles across departments.

Who can enroll? The Program accommodates any TYF employees/staff who are
endorsed by direct supervisors/managers. These endorsed employees must however be
taking on any role in the company requiring skills that make up effective leadership and
management.

II. PROGRAM OBJECTIVES

Through a series of modules on distinct topics, participants learn the personal, interpersonal,
and functional skills and preparations needed to accelerate their personal development and
abilities to make a positive difference in their organizations. Each module/course is created to
provide participants with unique skills required for specific levels of self and team
management. Specifically, the modules of the program aims to:

A. To provide the training and development support for TYF employees through
continuing education and professional training programs
