1. Explain how you differentiate between atomic absorption spectroscopy from atomic emission
spectroscopy. Give anote on photographic and photoelectric detectors
2. Explain Beer-Lambert’s Law. Discuss its applications, deviation and limitation of Beer – Lamberts
law.
3. Describe the principle and developmental techniques in chromatography. Add a note on
adsorbents used in chromatography.
