Umarpur, Tehsil Mukerian, Hoshiarpur, Pin: 144214, Punjab, India. I hereby provide my justification
Letter for Canada Tourist Visa.
I request you to please consider my re-application, so that I can get my Canada tourist visa. All financial,
educational and property documents are attached to the online application. I had applied for Canada
Tourist Visa (Application No. V345337535). However, on May, 14 2024, I received a notification
regarding my visa rejection (visa rejection letter attached) on the following grounds.

I would hereby like to offer a letter of explanation stating my intention to reapply for the tourist visa to
explore Canada.
 I am a genuine visitor and understand my responsibilities alike, I love my family very much, I
cannot stay away from them for long but I am also fond of traveling and Canada is my dream
country. I just want to explore Vancouver, British Columbia (Canada).

 I come from a very well-established family. I am working with Bharti Airtel Limited in
Chandigarh as a Sales Manager and earning an annual salary “Six Lac Ninety Seven Thousand
Four hundred Fourty” Only (Rs.6,97,440 /CAD 11433). I have sufficient funds to my visit plan
in which includes flight round trip tickets, accommodation, foods, internally travels etc. I have
savings at HDFC Bank amounting to (CAD 22311) and also FD of HDFC Bank amounting to (Rs.
4,00,000.00 / CAD 6452) which will be used to meet my expenses during my short trip to
Canada. I will bear the expenses of this tour.

I am also attaching my previous cover letter, please recheck it again.

Refusal Reason (as mentioned in the letter)

 I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay as required by paragraph
179(b) of the IRPR (https://laws-lois.justice.gc.ca/eng/regulations/SOR-2002-227/ section-
179.html). I am refusing your application because you have not established that you will leave
Canada, based on the following factors:

 Your assets and financial situation are insufficient to support the stated purpose of travel for
yourself (and any accompanying family member(s), if applicable).

 The purpose of your visit to Canada is not consistent with a temporary stay given the details
you have provided in your application
