D. Issues and Concerns:

 Lack of classrooms and ventilation


 Insufficient learning resources
 Increased stress and mental health concerns among students and
teachers due to change in curriculum

E. Action Taken:

 The school follows teachers’ move and uses vacant areas in school like School gym
to hold classes
 Alternative to lack of learning resources, we downloaded what we need in
different websites
 The teachers exchange ideas and feedback on the needs through LAC sessions.
 To ensure the smooth transition to the new curriculum, the teacher made sure to
prepare the lesson in a way the students will understand it well.
